Extend authorization

added functions:

• http.setAuthorization TYPE TOKEN|HASH ... to set Authorization header for JWT or NTLM
• setAccept ACCEPT
• http.addHeader HEADER_LINE

Other things:

• In the docs a sample for JWT was added
